Hi, Iâm Danielle! Iâm a former Division I and professional ice hockey player turned Athlete Mindset Coach/Author with a Masterâs Degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology. Iâve spent the last decade helping athletes build confidence, resilience, and mental strength that lasts far beyond the game. Iâm also a mom of two young kidsâso I understand how much you care. This work is personal, and Iâm so glad youâre here.
