1. Membership Overview

The Membership is provided by Peak Performance Training LLC ("we," "us," or "our") to offer families of athletes access to valuable resources, training, and support related to mindset and mental health related to sports.  

2. Membership Eligibility

To access and use the Membership, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the explicit consent of a guardian over the age of 18, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

 

3. Membership Benefits

As a member, you will gain access to:

  • Monthly live trainings, and workshops.

  • The Mental Muscles self-paced course and accompanying playbooks.

  • Community support with other families of athletes.

  • Exclusive discounts on other programs and new offers.

  • Private podcast for parents of athletes 

4. Membership Fees

The Membership is offered at a monthly subscription fee, with the option to pay in installments which will be clearly stated during the signup process. By joining the Membership, you agree to pay the applicable fees as indicated.  

5. Membership Duration and Cancellation

The Membership is an ongoing subscription that will automatically renew on a monthly (or other - based on your subscription type) basis. You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided. This includes email [email protected] at least 1 week prior to the next payment. Please note that no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the current membership period (this includes all payment options).  

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of the Membership are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, modify, or use any of the materials outside the scope of the Membership without our prior written consent.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and valuable information within the Membership, but we make no guarantees regarding the results you may achieve. The Membership is intended for educational and informational purposes only, and you are solely responsible for the implementation and application of any strategies or techniques learned.

 

8. Privacy Policy

By using the Membership, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

 

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through email or via the Membership platform. Your continued use of the Membership after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
