Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Danielle! I’m a former Division I and professional ice hockey player turned Athlete Mindset Coach/Author with a Master’s Degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology. I’ve spent the last decade helping athletes build confidence, resilience, and mental strength that lasts far beyond the game. I’m also a mom of two young kids—so I understand how much you care. This work is personal, and I’m so glad you’re here.
